Delete your Learn Russian Cases and Vocab account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open MemRussian and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Account.
4. Select Delete account.
5. Type delete when prompted, then confirm the deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address connected to your MemRussian account. Include that address and whether you signed in with Google or Apple. We may ask you to verify that you own the account before deleting it.

Or email memrussian@evanpartidas.com, the support email listed on Google Play, with the subject “MemRussian account deletion request.”

Data that is deleted

Deleting your account deletes the MemRussian data associated with it, including:

• Your account profile and sign-in identifiers, such as your email and username
• Your practice history, learning progress, and word metadata
• Your custom decks
• Device push-notification tokens
• Subscription or purchase status stored in your MemRussian account

Data retention

Account deletion is permanent. MemRussian account data is deleted within 30 days of a verified request. Limited copies may remain in server backups or logs during that period and are removed as part of the normal deletion cycle. Information that must be preserved by law may be retained for the legally required period.

Data held independently by Google or Apple, such as app-store purchase history, is controlled by those companies and is subject to their retention policies.
